It is not enough to simply deliver a solid finished structure, for this should be the base expectation of both client and builder. Rather, it is the total client experience that resonates the enduring quality of the builder.

Every project is fraught with the possibility of noise, dust and dirt. There may be moments when the client is without water or electricity. There will be debris containers and building materials. These are the realities of most building projects.

However, when the total client experience is achieved and the client has been properly prepared and the project has been properly coordinated, none of these occurrences should be overwhelming.
